Canadian National Championships
Were held in Winterpark Colorado this April, with significant representation from Ontario. In addition to our Canada Games athletes, Sarah Gillies (Mansfield FIS) made and impressive appearance, getting to the podium in SL, GS and SG! Sarah is aiming to be a contender at the next Paralympics!
One of the big reasons for increased success for our athletes, has been the addition of our strength and conditioning coach Alyssa Worenecki. Aly is an amazing fitness trainer at Neurocore, if any of you are looking to work at getting in your best shape ever
