The CADS program operates at Sir Sam’s for 7 weeks on Sundays, starting Sunday, January 10th, 2027. There will be no program on Family Day long weekend. The program provides support for persons who have physical or intellectual disabilities. The program runs from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. with breaks for students when needed. The program can be altered in accordance with the availability of instructors and the student’s perseverance and ability. Skiers are matched with trained volunteer ski partners and instructors provide formal instruction.
COST
Cost per student, volunteer or instructor to participate in the program is $50.00 and this ensures that they are members of CADS and are properly insured. Instructors and volunteers are trained in accordance with the CADS training system.

VOLUNTEERS
All volunteers participate in on hill training on Sunday, January 23rd, 2027 at Sir Sam’s Resort. Starts at 9:30 a.m. winding up around 3 p.m. with on snow sessions planned.

Registration for the program starts in October. We ask that you wait to pay for your membership until you have been accepted into the program.
